Most importantly we provide delicious Santa Maria Style BBQ. We age our USDA Choice beef and barbecue it over an oak pit fire using our own traditional Plemmons seasonings. In addition to beef entree's we have chicken and fish. We offer a wide variety of appetizers and desserts.
